Information we collect
Information about members is gathered and stored to identify you and for administration, communication, enforcement and access control purposes. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the collection and processing by FomoCam Limited of personal information provided in accordance with our Terms of Service.
When you join as a member we collect the email address you sign up with. It is used to send you a one-time login code, to recognise you when you return, and to contact you about your membership.
We also collect basic usage information for every visitor: the pages you view, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the address you arrived on, and a random visitor identifier stored in your browser’s local storage so repeat visits can be counted. This is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Cookies and local storage
The DJ List uses your browser’s local storage to remember your display theme, your member login session and the visitor identifier described above. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as member login, may not work without them.

Governing law
This policy, your use of The DJ List services and any related dispute or claim shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware.
