HYDROID Biography
Up and coming Israeli DJ and Producer, Itay Steinberg is better known as Hydroid. At the tender age of 16 he started producing electronic dance music. After a few years of developing his craft, Hydroid produced a track called Drawn to Depth; his first attempt at Electronic Dance Music. Once it was heard by Markus Schulz, Itay’s life took a huge turn.
Working with many labels such as Ultra, Armada, United, Tsunami, Somatic Sense, Lost Language, and many others, his music is getting supported by all the respected DJs in the industry such as Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Paul Van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond to name a few. He even had the honor to remix a song for the legendary Dutch star, Ferry Corsten.
Aside from his countless hit productions, he has been a guest mixer on Markus internet radio show “Global DJ Broadcast”, Paul Van Dyk’s Radio Station “Vonyc.com”, and has played numerous events around the world.
