Over the last two years, RUN DMT has more than made his mark in the EDM scene. Originally comprised of duo John Robbins and Chris Parsons, RUN DMT has been a solo project of Robbins since 2012 and there's been no turning back; in this case, that's an excellent thing. When the Austin based producer isn't pulling a massive crowd in the festival circuit, he's busy churning out epic and energetic remixes that keep the dance floors packed. Just in 2013, he's lent his hand to official remixes MAJOR LAZER and FLUX PAVILION's collaboration 'Jah No Partial', the Trance smash 'Bigfoot' from W&W and DIPLO's 'Revolution' and found the time to release the bass fueled EP 'Union of Opposites.'
Now that we're getting back into festival season, something RUN DMT is quite privy to, it's only right that it begins with a massive remix. After infusing Miguel's 'Simplethings' with his signature sound - what was once a soothing R&B ballad has been transformed into a full fledged festival banger with an energetic bassline that borders between Drumstep and Electro House.
