Buck has also toured & recorded with such notable artists as The Doobie Brothers, @Tal Bachman, John Waite, Shawn Mullins, Matthew Sweet, Timothy B. Sweet of The Eagles (band) and many more.

Buck’s album consists of the world class musicians Buck has been recording and performing with in Nashville, Tennessee. There are also guest appearances from notable musicians like Kenny Aronoff on drums, Waddy Watchel on guitar & Stuart Duncan On Fiddle. The album is produced by Buck Johnson, Charlie Midnight & Producer / Mixer Mark Needham.

Lara Lavi:
2-time Recording Academy / GRAMMYs winning singer songwriter Lara Lavi supports Buck Johnson on this historic evening of song and amazing performance. The Lara Lavi Band has been gracing NW stages since 1988 as an artist on A&M Records, her own labels and as a writer for Warner Chappell. Lara’s new album Finish Line comes this summer: see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0MBavxjn4I

Lara offers Americana music with a blues roots feel she developed while singing in the Chicago Blues scene in her younger days. Lara’s songs are filled with passion and poetry as only a true lyricist can deliver. She has toured the world with everyone from Peter Gabriel to Carole King, The Neville Brothers and many more in both her own band and her musical fusion project The SongCatchers. These days Lara is producing films, writing screenplays, composing music, practicing law, running the Columbia City Theater, and not sleeping very much. “I am thrilled to be supporting Buck Johnson at the Columbia City Theater as we are fellow Nashville cats and both real deal songwriters and anyone who gets a chance to attend this concert is in for a double trouble treat.” Lara’s previous works include The Art of Living, Inside The Red Room, Dreaming In Color, Pray For Rain and many more.
