Guaranteed celebratory good time action guaranteed. ALL NIGHT LONG at The CLF Art Cafe.

Things about to get wild in the place,

Headlining this dancers only event is Ron Basejam, the anagrammed alter-ego of Crazy P co-founder, Jim Baron. What begun as a side project to capture the more diverse and quirky side of Baron’s musical taste, soon became a highly successful on-going concern. After the huge reaction to his debut single, For The People, By The People, and the debut long-player, Deep & Meaningless, things really began to take off. Support from DJs like Gilles Peterson and a string of original releases for Wolf Music, Razor n Tape, Futureboogie, Classic and House of Disco, as well as high profile remixes for the likes of Fouk, Lovebirds and Kelis, have cemented Ron Basejam’s place as British house and disco royalty.

Support on the night comes from one of the rising stars of underground electronica and broken beat, Danvers. Having slowly built a diverse catalogue of dance music on labels such as Fina, Wotnot and Ben Gomori’s Monologues stable since moving to London in 2015, Joe Danvers has truly risen to be one of the most talked about producers in the UK right now. Support of his recent releases for CoOp Presents and Boogie Café has come from Bradley Zero and Detroit Swindle, and Danvers has also found fame as one half of Kassian (along with Warren XcInce) whose track The Premise was nominated for Track of the Year at Gilles Peterson’s 2019 Worldwide Awards.

This very special night will be hosted by Wah Wah 45s DJs Dom Servini and Scrimshire, who are currently celebrating twenty years as one of the UK’s most respected and enduring soulful imprints.
