Subfractal

Subfractal is the Toronto-based collaboration of producers, Fahad Ahmad and Syed Mishaal Raza. Established in 2008, the duo has since quickly risen through the ranks of the electronic music scene; each release cementing their reputation for consistently creating forward-thinking grooves, melodies and atmospheres.

Subfractal released their music internationally through reputable labels such as, Excentric Muzik, Bosphorus Underground, Sleaze Records, Incorrect Music, Piso Records, Klimaks, Airbus, Teggno, Inminimax and many otherrecord labels.

2009 saw their remix of Larry Power’s “Milk” remained at the #1 spot on the highly competitive Beatport minimal charts for over 6 weeks.

They have also proved themselves to be talented live performers, showcasing throbbing underground techno and percussive rolling minimal beats. 2010 also saw them being featured at the Winter Music Conference.

They continue to demonstrate their adaptability by remixing talented artists across numerous genres of electronic music.

Their tracks have been played supported by Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Phil Kieran, Noir, Tomy DeClerque, Phunk Investigation, Erphun, Fergie, Hernan Cattaneo, Hans Bouffmyhre, Format: B, Eelke Kleijn, Desyn Maseilo, Chus & Ceballos, Roger Sanchez, Marcus Schossow, Alex Dolby, Marco Lansi, Nicholas Van Orton, Levan, Billy Johnston among many others..
