Biography
In the colorful world of Stereofunk there’s a lot going on: As we all know
opposites create color. On the one hand introverted musiclover, on the
other hand an acclaimed producer and DJ.
Next to electronic, house and breakbeat influences, a big part of “funky
80s” can also be found on his mixing slab.
With his highly praised debutalbum “Fools Planet” the DJ from Dresden
has definitely proved: he’s got the funk on his side!
The club anthem " Captain Funk", forerunner of the LP, was released in
April 2009 with Moonbootique Record.
Apart from very positive acknowledgement from around the world,
themusic magazine Raveline raised the track to “Heavy Rotation”.
Besides working as a producer and DJ, Stereofunk is also known as the
head of the label Klang Gymnastik Records.
Catalog number 20 is approaching and with a digitalized Sublabel, it will
be definite for the future to be just as colorful, as before.
