Biography

Andrew Luckham aka OdDio bought his first pair of turntables in 1997, shortly after moving from his native San Diego to Chicago. As Aedashel he directed the Fever show on WNUR 89.3 FM from 1999-2002. In addition to breaking quality deep house over Chicago’s airwaves, Fever featured live, in-studio sessions from some the city’s most talented deejays. Guests on the show included Paul Johnson, Boo Williams, Glenn Underground, Izrail, Gene Hunt, Keith K2 Hutton, and co-host of later years DJ Stax. Over the years OdDio’s interest in all dance music has broadened and deepened. While continuing to spin house, his interests have grown to include bossa, funk, soul, hip hop, lounge, disco, samba, drum & bass, nujazz, jazzdance, and broken beat. He has deejayed at clubs, bars, and lounges in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, and his mixes have been featured on several forward-thinking internet and fm radio stations around the U.S. He currently lives in Minneapolis and hosts a weekly podcast radio show called the ODDIOFILE Podcast.
