Biography

Dubbed the bootleg queen, Miss Frenchie, hailing from Bordeaux France, came to London in 1996 and delved straight into its rich DJ culture.

She was originally inspired by Norman Cook and Jon Carter.

Her eclectic style and ability to contrive masterpiece bootlegs has gained her respect and recognition in the world of DJs.

Miss Frenchie mixes Funky/Deep House, Breaks, Old skool Hip Hop, Indie, Drum’n’Bass, Ragga, Club Classics and anything to get the crowd wild.

She can be seen doing just that at the hottest clubs in London raising the temperature to 200 with tracks you can’t help but groove, grind and get your freak on to.

She supported Fatboy Slim on his Palookaville tour date at Nottingham Trent University.

She has played alongside many big names such as Richard Fearless, Justin Robertson, Grandmaster Flash…

Miss Frenchie made 3 remixes for Space Cowboy. All were released on Tiger Trax records.

Her extensive work of bootlegs and remixes has been heard all over the world with airplay on XFM (UK), Oui FM (France), Europe 2 (France), Virgin Xtreme Radio (Digital worldwide), Mashup Radio (USA), Juice FM (UK) etc …
