Mark Miller is an entrepreneur with a passion for growing artists and brands.
His start would come from interning with Lazerdisk. They received their break from world renowned taste maker ‘Diplo’ producing the record ‘Set It Off’. Miller’s experience interning with Lazerdisk allowed him to begin producing on his own and enter into the music industry.
Miller began his artist project titled ‘MILLERTIME’ shortly after interning with Lazerdisk releasing numerous edits and remixes. His break came when releasing an edit of Deadmau5 – There Might Be Coffee which received #1 ranking on Hype Machine. Miller would go on to play sold out shows with artists such as 3LAU and Paper Diamond.
Shortly there after, Miller would find another path working with Jake Udell, who was named to Forbes 30 under 30 and head of ‘Th3rd Brain’ Management. Miller began working with Th3rd Brain helping with projects for artists Krewella & ZHU accumulating over 500 million plays combined. ZHU would go onto receive a Grammy Nomination for ‘Best Dance Recording’ for the song ‘Faded’.
Miller has also worked on media projects such as #Starbucksdrakehands that was supported by Drake and featured on numerous outlets such as TMZ, E! Online, GMA, Yahoo, and more. #Starbucksdrakehands would go onto become one of the top meme’s of the year, drastically increasing Drake’s album sales of his single ‘Hold on, We’re Going Home’.
Other creative projects include a holiday special interview between Star Wars ‘Darth Vader’ and Santa Claus, premiering on Buzzfeed.
