Mercurius FM is an Electronic Music Artist & DJ in Phoenix, Az. Heralded by Rolling Stone for his remix of Marvin Gaye’s soul classic, Sexual Healing, as making “one of the greatest songs ever written even sexier. It may be possible to get pregnant just by playing this." His remix credits aim to impress including official remixes of Acid Jacks, Azzido Da Bass, and Eddie Amador. Many of his originals, remixes and edits have been played live by popular DJs including Dave Clarke, Justice, MSTRKRFT & One Man Party (ex-Soulwax). His remixes have even gained him recognition in his city where he was awarded Best Remixer 2012 by Phoenix New Times. Several official remixes and original releases have been released on a variety of labels including Pacha, Robot Dance, Citrusonic, 9G Records, A-Square Muzik, and Broken Synth.

His first single, SLUG, was released on Broken Synth, an indie electronic label he founded. This was followed up by his EP, 1997, which charted in the Top 100 Techno Releases on Beatport, released on Australian producer Acid Jack’s Idiot House Records. It even includes a remix by Dim Mak star, Clockwork. Following that, he officially remixed House Music legend Eddie Amador & Automatic Panic with Mercurius FM’s signature drums & synth work. His next release was an EP called For Those About To Techno… A brutal display of harsh sounds and crushing drums. 5 tracks including Sentinel, 909 In My Spine, Unicorn Techno and Death Wobble with support from DJs including DJ Falcon, Acid Jack and The Turkish Avenger. This release won him awards at the 2012 Toronto Independent Music Awards for Best USA artist and the 12th Independent Music Awards. Acid Jacks also got the Mercurius FM remix treatment on techno veteran Angel Alanis’ A-Square Muzik.

As a DJ, Mercurius FM is very fun & energetic, offering up a varied performance including scratching, spins backs and good old fashioned beat matching. His sets are full of bouncing bass finely crafted into exciting dancefloor moments. He’s rocked parties with acts including Felix Da Housecat, Gina Turner, One Man Party (ex-Soulwax), & headlined several shows himself.
