Passion regulars have likened Marc’s sets of carefully constructed progressive house and trance favourably with those from the early days, of the now legendary JFK. This isn’t surprising; JFK has been his mentor and main influence over the 2 years that Marc has held his weekly residency at ‘PASSION’.

Marc began his DJ’ing career at ‘VICE VERSA’, Loughborough. He commenced by playing warm up sets and was then awarded a full residency on Friday and Saturday nights, after developing his own following. These residencies gave Mark the opportunity to build up his mixing skills and ultimately to establish his own sound.

As Marc’s popularity grew word reached ‘Passion’ which ultimately led to the major turning point in Marc’s career. Passion where suitably impressed enough to headhunted Marc and offer him the chance to become their new resident DJ. Marc is now an integral part of the team behind one of the busiest superclubs in the UK.

Being a Passion resident has enabled Marc to gain valuable experience and play to crowds of over 3,000 on a weekly basis. Marc regularly plays alongside all the top DJ’s including Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Judge Jules, Lange and Guy Ornadel, to name but a few.

The Passion residency has given Marc the opportunity to pursue his DJ career in a way he could never have dreamt off. During Marc’s 2 years at Passion he has established himself every bit as capable as the major league DJ’s he plays alongside, whether Marc is playing main set or warming up.

Career highlights include playing in Ibiza during the summer of 2000 at Passion’s parties at D10 and performing on the Passion float at the ‘RADIO ONE LOVE PARADE’ to thousands of adoring clubbers.

Other regular commitments include various guest slots on ‘Loughborough Campus Radio’ (LCR), in addition to holding a fortnightly residency at ‘The Engineers’, Emporium’s Pre-bar.

The hard work that Marc has put in at Passion has not gone unnoticed by other promoters and Marc has started to establish himself as one of the new breed of up and coming DJs.
