Since the early 90’s Lil Csr has been mixing and remixing tracks for all who embrace thick bass lines, killer vocals with hard speaker blasting dance kicks! He began to dj in 1993 at the age of 11 spending his weekends at neighborhood house parties fine tuning his mixing style and skills, eventually moving on to weekly residencies at some of LA’s hottest nightclubs.
At the peak of the hard house music movement in Los Angeles in the late 90’s, Lil Csr released 5 cd mixed compilations including 2 cd collaborations with Mark V & Poogie Bear. He released 16 tracks appearing in 5 vinyl E.Ps including one with Abstract Music and maintained residencies at the hottest clubs in L.A including the infamous Club Carnival at the Alexandria Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.
His unique style in mixing and music production / sound design has transcended outside of the music world. Lil Csr is also the co-creator of a Los Angeles based entertainment tv show, LA Xlarge Tv. This show focused on major events, concerts, intimate 1 on 1 interviews with some of todays top celebrities in music, high fashion and nightlife culture. Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Snoop Dogg, Frankie J, Pitbull, Ludacris, Paul Rodriquez Jr., Mr. Cartoon, B-Real, Sean Kingston, Ray J, Brandy, Wisin Y Yandel, Steve Harvey, Fat Joe, Neyo are just a few of the A list celebrities interviewed and showcased on LA Xlarge throughout the years. Working as the show’s director / co-writer and lead editor, LA Xlarge aired on LATV (KJLH) a latino geared broadcast network for over 4 seasons. ( http://www.youtube.com/laxlarge )
