Laylah started DJing in 1996 playing house. Heavly influenced by the Trade DJ’s Tony De-Vit and Pete Wardman her style became harder. She now describes her music style as happy, anthemic, hard and bouncy. Playing a combination of Hard Dance styles, including; Hard Trance, Hard House Nu-energy and Bounce. In the last few years she has also started mixing Nu Breaks.
With her many years experience of performing in various venues in and out the country, not only does she display pure enjoyment behind the decks, but crowd interaction and communication is top of the scale.
Situated in Brighton, She has played in all of the major venues in the town, she has also made many appearances across London Such as Mass, Crash, Turmills and has played alongside many well respected names for various nights such as; Twisted, Addiction is currently a rotational resident for Carnage and Contrast in Brixton.
Laylah is confident and unique in talent and character, receiving excellent feedback and crowd reaction wherever she goes. Currently working on several independent projects, this fun loving yet professional character shows no signs of stopping and eagerly looks forward to doing what she does best which is entertaining a crowd!
