Indy Lopez

Indy Lopez is one of the most versatile DJs and producers on the Mediterranean House/Electronic music scene.

With over 15 years experience in the world of music, he is characterized by his music styles which delight the public wherever he goes.

Indy was introduced to the music world in the early 90s by a small radio station in his home town (Radio Sol) where at only 13 years old, thanks to his friends and classmates, he came across the great variety of sounds in an age dominated by the rise of the Valencia sound.

As a result of being too young to work in night clubs, he was constantly looking for a way to stay in contact with the public, organizing private parties for his friends or at school, where he continued with studies, while enjoying to the max the parties that the radio station organized at small clubs, local bars and parties.

Upon becoming old enough to work and thanks to the great popularity of the radio program, he earned his first resident DJ position in AMD Amadeus, becoming the youngest DJ in Valencia, at only 16 years old and playing huge sessions for over 3000 people.

Years later he relocated from the city in order to form part of ‘Onda Mediterrneo Gandia’ as the music and program contents director of the well known radio station forcing him to leave his position as resident DJ and start his journey as a freelance DJ.

The attraction he felt towards the night life and the restlessness to return to the club scene saw him return to the city of Valencia in order to accept a position under the direction of Banannas Maxidisco where he not only organized parties for thousands of people but also represented the label as a DJ on a national tour.

The projection and success of Indy during these years was unstoppable and he collected positions as resident DJ one after another in clubs such as Zenith, Havanna, DJB, K-sim, Queens, etc and their habitual sets all over Spain.

Indy demonstrates his creative character together with his brother and co-DJ, Marck db in the business group (GrupoMZ) which offers a variety of services for the night life scene and music like (Musicsone records) music store and DJ accessories “These days, they have disappeared with the fall in the market” (Electroacstica MZ) Installations, sale and hire of sound and lighting teams (Sool Management & Bookings) an agency which has discovered artists such as Peter Gelderblom, Rene Amesz or Groove Garcia (Global Hard Djs) Events and festivals producer.

Over the years INDY has acquired great musical maturity and extensive international experience, working side by side DJs of great fame such as David Penn, Chus y Ceballos, Cesar de melero, DJ Pippi, Nick-K, DJ Dove, Luis Lpez, Kike Jan, Nacho Division, Cesar Del Ro, Luis Bonias, Ren Amesz, Gaby Newman, Ximo Bayo, Dj liver, Sandy Rivera Leandro Gmez, Juanjo Benaches, Jorge Cardona, DJ Antoine, Dj Cosmos, Dj Snake, Joe Montana, Duncan de la Funk, Dr. Kucho, Dimas & Martnez, Paco PIL, Mikel Molina and many, many more. As well as visiting many countries and cities representing big names such as: Ron Havana Club, Larios, Airtel(Vodafone), Night planet, Coca Cola, Stanton, J&B, Denon and more.

Throughout his time as a producer, The Underground 2007 – Indys dark remix (klubbers Italy) is one of his most recently recognized productions, which obtained the highest of rankings on the radio and DJ charts, being played on programs such as “Release yourself” by Roger Sanchez, at world level in his emissions from Ibiza.

At present, Indy Works from his own Studio in the city of Valencia (Underground studios – musiczone recordings) along with his brother and co-producer Marck db, involved in working on their music label (Musiczone digital) and on new productions and remixes under their pseudonyms Indy Lopez, Mr.Lopez, Indy’s dark and Mr. Lopez & db with such important work as remixes for clubs for the new album from the International artist Noelia, which will soon be brought to the light.
