Genre: Electro House

Greg Sanders was born in Algiers. The youngest of 3, Greg was a musical magpie who started his record collection at age 7, by cherry picking the coveted collections of each member of his family and proudly cites everything from Michael Jackson, D-Train and Lutter Vanderous, from Herbie Hancock to Human League, from Earth Wind and Fire to Depeche mode and much more besides all the discs and influences that eventually he started paying for on his own. At the age of 14 he caught the vinyl bug after buying his first records at a specialist shop called Champs disc, in Paris and this was the start of a wonderful and very real romance that continues today. A year later, he got his first taste of clubbing at Rais Hamidou in Algiers (a warm club of funky sets) and from there on in he was hooked! Fashion, music and clubs were the way forward!

After years of clubbing, Greg played his first gig at the super successful No 1 Club in Algiers. News traveled fast and he soon scored his first DJ residency there (2000). His reputation grew he was headhunted and moved to Pacha Algiers, Zoom club, saks pub, Sheraton star studio, zimms club, el che, and now Hilton Club in addition to a special radio show Galaxy at Behdja fm.

On the decks and in the clubs, he demonstrates an uncanny ability to understand exactly what it takes to entertain people no matter whether he’s rocking you with jacking electro house or seducing with you with a sweet, soulful selection. An entertainer in front of the decks and a fixer behind the scenes, Greg is, by his own definition, passionate about house music . The sets he plays are the same as the music he collects – always funky, dynamic, dirty, different, groovy and nasty with the energy of an atomic bomb. that is his trademark!
