Biography

The native German Michael Geiseler aka DJ greenhead immigrated to Switzerland in 1997. Beside his job as a restaurant specialist music was always a passion for him. And it was a natural progression that he bought himself a pair of turntables in 1998 after discovering the uplifting energy of trance music His ambition for having success was unbeatable and he spent night and day practicing the art of mixing records. He soon played gigs in Spain, which is his second homeland. There he played in various clubs like Palladium, Pipers, Exit and many more. Also in Germany he got requested to play DJ-Sets in Clubs like Twister, Werkstatt and 4-You after a while. Beside his career as a dj he was busy in promoting big rave parties and other musical events. One of his bigger projects was the rave “Escaspe” with dj-sets from Kai Tracid, DJ Mellow-Trax, DJ Tatana and DJ Energy. He started producing music in 2001 and released his first record “Chrystal” in 2004 on Drizzly Records! This tune was licensed exclusively to Godskitchen UK and it was supported by players like DJ Choose, Klubbingman, Ferry Corsten and Marcel Woods. Also his great Mixing on his own Compilations like Energy Live At, Evolution 12, 13, 14 and World in Motion Vol.1 are really great stuff. Today you can find it on numerous compilations from well known record labels all over the world!! He also got in contact with Swiss trance producer Dave Joy to produce the single “Free” which was released in may 2004 on Resistance Records, an inhouse label of Alphamagic ltd. He also joined forces with the guys from Darkmoon and the result was an awesome project with male vocals called Yoko M. This is going to be released on Drizzly Records as well!
