Erick Junior started his musical career back in the mid 1980s, Junior was a song remixer and video editor before his djing career. In late 80s he remixed music for many famous artists in HK. In early 90s he relocated his djing career to mainland China, and began to inspire the South-China music scene at The New Era dance club. Moreover, Junior is the only HK DJ to present his own radio show in Zuihai in the late 90s.
Junior Began to promote underground party culture in China in 1998, when he organized many large-scale international DJ parties for numerous tobacco and alcohol brands. Throughout his career Junior has also played and supported many world-famous DJs such as Paul Van Dyk and Tiesto. He was the first Hong Kong DJ to perform at the Military Coliseum of Guangzhou and the Military Museum of Beijing. He holds the record for a 15 hour DJ set in Shenzhen and is the ambassador for Martin Audio in China. In 2001, Junior went back to HK to DJ at HITEC (known for its large scale events). On China National Day 2003, he participated at a beach party in Zhuhai, with almost 60,000 partygoers over a two day period. His footprints spread all over 13 cities in Southeast Asia and China.
