Dark Chambers aka Patric Mclean at the moment residing in Birmingham. uk
From a young age Patric soon realised he was different from most kids. By the age of 22 he was a qualified Sound engineer, and soon added broadcast and telecoms engineering to his cv. this not being enough he soon added Soundscaping and Audio Acoustics to his itinery…
With music moving as fast as it does patric’s production has been forward thinking delving into electronics and melodic techno for the 1St few years under a mysterious alter ego know as Dark Chambers, finally launching his label csGASRecords seems a long way away now as the label has matured over the years from 2004. his take on the music that inspires him most seems to have now come to the forefront of his finely tune production skills, thus working with a different breed of artist for 2010 and upwards.
Homing in on a more fluid deeper & heavier side of the techno tech’ and electronica sound Dark Chambers can be found in his new studio “Brikworx” mashing synth sounds and creating distinctive glitches & weird electronic tones, as sound moves into another chapter in this mans impressive tour of duty over the last two and a half decades of making electronic music
Dark Chamber’s different shades leaves 2 albums under his belt and now focusing his attentions heavily on dj’ing his live sets aswel as passing on techniques and teaching his sound to those who are hypnotically interested.
it seems like that in a time where the UK has been engulfed with commercial dance music and the scene has been dictated by huge predictable labels, the uprising of the underground has been imminent. Dark Chambers is proving that the scene is progressing as he begins to go over ground with his sound!
