Ben Keen had been writing music since the age of sixteen, scoring a UK Top 40 and a TOTP appearance at the age of 18! The last years have really seen Ben come into his own with a prolific musical output that would put most producers to shame. In a short period of time he has releasEd Solo and joint productions under the following pseudonyms:
BK / Razor Babes / Cortina / Sister Suck / KY Jellybabies / Astra / Beatbusters / Twink / Hardbeat / Atomic
One of the main artists on Nukleuz, Ben has also written and remixed material for Sound Of Ministry, Tripoli Trax, Hot Potato, Kaktai, Baby Doll, Friction Burns and Shock Records. He has remixed the first release on the resurrected TDV label and is being pursued by many other labels to provide tracks. BK has now stepped out of the studio and into clubland where his now hectic DJ schedule means that he is undoubtedly one of the busiest men in dance. The first five months of Y2K saw BK playing in S Africa, Australia, Canada, Ireland and all over the UK whilst still recording two or more tracks a week in his own and Media Records studios. And as one of the DJs responsible for Nukleuzs very own Hard House Anthems Compilation along with Fergie, it wont just be the Hard House massive who know the name BK.
