Barrett Paul began mixing music at the young age of about 7 years old. He spent his Saturday mornings listening to Rick Dees and the weekly top 40 with finger on the pause button ready to release and record the next track. From there he scavenged his parents record collections of The Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull and all that good ol Freedom Rock and Classic Rock from the 60’s & 70’s.
As he grew up and fueled the passion for music he started Dj’ing in 1993 after being exposed to the ‘Fever’ of the east coast sound, Deep Dish, Scott Henry, Nigel Richards, Josh Wink and the like.
Today He kicks some crazy noise still called Dance Music on a weekly basis every Saturday night calling it Knotty Disco!
