On February 18th, the Parisian godfather of the future house movement will be gracing his church-inspired DJ booth at NYC's Playstation Theatre, as one of the many stops on his 33-date "Prophecy Tour".
Tchami can be easily distinguished by his signature beard and glasses, but more importantly for his soulful tunes jam-packed with sharp hi-hats and deep, modulating basslines that'll get your body grooving. He's considered to be one of the most influential electronic producers of this generation, pioneering that future house sound that so many artists have adapted and incorporated into their own tracks today.
2014 was the year that kickstarted TCHAMI's success with the rise of just a few of his iconic tunes such as "Promesses", accompanied with soulful vocals from Kaleem Taylor, as well as his remix of Janet Jackson's "Go Deep". Since then, the 31-year old producer has been serving up his killer future-house beats at venues and festivals all over the world and has released banger after banger- including the recent release of his track "Adieu".
The NYC show will have support from fellow Parisian, MERCER- while ANGELZ will be joining the tour on other select dates. Tchami will also be breaking all musical boundaries by incorporating a live choir into the show- making the shows on this tour one you cannot miss.
