The Amsterdam Dance Event takes place from the 18th to 22nd of October, 2017 and below are the key events taking place during the most magical time of year in dance music.
ADE Focus - Morocco
This forward-looking and liberal-minded country also has a healthy club scene with venues specialising in house music, hip hop and techno thriving throughout the country.
There are some great artists participating this year including; Boys Noize, DVS1, Gary Newman, Surgeon, Lady Starlight, Oliver Helen, Tiga, Soulwax.
'Art for social change' is this year's central theme of the conference track on innovation, sustainability and social change with speakers including Pussy Roit's Nadya Tolokonnikova.
Irvine Welsh Keynote
Acclaimed author of Trainspotting joins us in conversation.
Industry luminaries including Juan Atkins, Christine Brown, Ben Pearce and Pig & Dan share thoughts on the topic of mental health supported by the AFEM.
The inaugural edition will showcase the future of tech.
The Jillionaire, Amp Fiddler and Leila Fataar will be present at the annual international platform for hip-hop, bass and beats.
A massive line up of live electronic music acts including Jameszoo and Metropole Orkest, Fatima Yamaha, Hercules & Love Affair, Anna Of The North and more.
