Insomniac wrapped of its annual Halloween event, BOO! San Francisco, at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium across a two day spectacle this past weekend on Friday and Saturday. The two night show proved to be one of the best Halloween events in the Bay Area with grade A talent like Dillon Francis, Zeds Dead, Borgore, What So Not, A-Trak, Kayzo and more. Both nights were packed full of head banging bass music with a mix of rap, house and more that served as a perfect blend of sinister music. At times it seemed as if the entire venue was bouncing when Dillon Francis closed the first night.
The production was jaw dropping as a massive larger-than-life sized LED skull appeared above the stage with tombstones and LED lights. The graveyard gate that sat behind the DJ booth was very clever and satisfying to watch as the DJs got on stage. The second day was hosted by DeadBeats, which is Zeds Dead's label. Zeds Dead incredibly closed out the show with their heavy melodic tunes which was a perfect end to a crazy weekend. Apart from the music and production, as Insomniac events are always are, the people who attend were well costumed up. Both nights were quite a sight to see as people dressed up from Donald Trump, emojis, Wonder Woman and more.
