The Italian/Dutch trio Answer 42 finally release their original, “The Lemon Effect” culminating a captivating tune that brings you back to the earlier days of electronic music bringing you that ’80s disco feel. This french-influenced track is a colorful and vibrant production with synth driven progressions and some funky/nu-dance beats. It’s a disco sound that can be heard in the groovy productions of artists like MADEON and Louis la Roche. The original takes on two remixes by PROFF and the mysterious Suspect 44. Both are excellent reworks with the PROFF remix giving you a much darker progressive feel and the Suspect 44 mix providing its iconic funky groove, and some padded vocals. The original and its remixes are another set of bangers to come out of the Anjunadeep imprint.
