WHEELS Biography
Alex Wheels stood at the djs mixer in 2004 for the first time, when he understood, that he is a little bit more than just an ordinary clubber and wanted to sample/assay himself from the other side of the djs mixer. Music styles played by him are – Tec- and Electrohouse, also Deeptech and Deephouse. The techno-sounding and tracks, that are not close to minimality, make people understand, that techno-music, saturated with great number of sounds, melodic and rhythm, lingers in their heads. But, sometimes, the immersions in the deep spaces change the main/principal subject-matter of his sets. In 2005 he established the promo-group called Project Radio, including Dj Fill_in_off and Technique, who have been playing with him till nowadays. Since summer, 2005, he had become an organizer of 10 Project Radio parties, where not only Odessa djs played, but also the guests from Ukraine, Russia and Germany: Yaroslove (Evpatoriya),Necto Lucas (Moscow), Tok Tok (Germany). Alex Wheels has been playing in all Odessa clubs till nowadays. He is a constant participant of great festivals and parties among which such can be singled out: : DJ Spring@DJ-Cafe (Odessa), The demonstration/march of Happiness in Popovka 2006, May-day meeting@Cosmo (Odessa) Audiolove @ Ostrov (Odessa), Dantone Eeprome@ (France)Plyaj.com (Odessa), Jeans Dj-Parade. In January 2007 the weekly program Project Radio was on air of StarFm. For the present moment he is the resident of DJ Kolfords project – Electro.Luv.Day and he plays in public not only in Odessa, but also all over Ukraine.
