SMARK Biography
A fan of music from an early age, DJ Smark was born in Canada & moved to the US when he was very young. In the summer of 2005, at the age of 20, he took the plunge into professional DJing… the rest is now history. At first using just a computer and headphones, DJ Smark started out at local & college parties where he learned to work crowds into a frenzy while undercutting the entire Boston DJ market to gain amazing exposure with such little experience. He touched turntables for the first time in January 2006, where in addition to his local party gigs he tried a few radio DJ stints for WMBR 88.1 FM. At the same time he began working as a local club promoter in Boston to lay the seeds for what would be a successful club DJ entrance in 2007 into Boston’s reputable club scene. | read more
