OCEANBASE Biography
Oceanbase is Joakim Daif, formerly known as Ultrawave, born on September 1, 1985 in Gothenburg, Sweden. At the age of 12 he discovered the exciting world of electronic music and in 2000, he heard the song Feel the Beat by Darude and thatâs when he knew that he wanted to produce music. He started off by learning to mix at home and then started using ACID Pro to learn all the basics of production and it was a good starting point for exploring his talents. As Joakim continued to grow and develop his skills, he decided to seek some advice from his uncle, who owns his own studio and is very knowledgeable in the music industry.
