NAKATO Biography
Nakato means ‘the second born child of a twin’, which he is, he bought his first dance records in the late 90’s. Raised in the period of Ben Liebrands ‘in the mix’ shows on Veronica Radio, his love for mixing dance music was poured in whit the porridge spoon.
Once in the possession of his own dj gear he started to develop a style which he defines as a deep progressive techno sound. Over the years he played at famous clubs like ‘de winkel van sinkel’ in his hometown Utrecht and on several main festivals like Extrema’s Solar Weekend and ‘Dancesquare’ where he is one of the resident dj’s. As a producer he composed 4 mixalbums on his own ‘no record label’. | read more
