LENNIE III Biography
Lennie III has been a DJ since 1979. He started spinning during his freshman year of college while training for an ON AIR position at his college radio station. Originally a competitive couple’s dancer, he was fascinated by the music and spent most of his time watching the DJ when he wasn’t competing in a club’s competition that night. With eight years of classical piano training, he said, “I can do that!” After two years of honing his skills and working mobile gigs, he landed his first club job at a small dance bar in Trenton, NJ.
