JAY99 Biography
Inspired by the house wave in Bulgaria at the end of the 90’s, Jay99 decided to collect records and play them to his friends on a birthday parties and private celebrations. Soon the apartments and the small crowd encourage George/ his real name/ to search for a venue, where he’ll be able to express himself and introduce the music he likes. So the DJ is born. At 2002 he become a resident DJ at club Blaze, one of the firs house clubs in Sofia. Gigs in other metropolitan clubs and appearances in radio shows are followed. Jay99 is always surprising the public whit fresh sound and tight beats, making everyone dancing till the morning light. Now Jay99 is sitting in his home studio, mixing sounds and recording tracks, looking forward for new releases to be published. | read more
