HIGHER REPRESENTATIVE Biography
Emir Ferusic aka Higher Representative was born in Travnik, Bosnia & Herzegowina, on sunny August 1979. He started dealing with music in 1987 when he enrolled in Primary Music School in Travnik to play violin. On the first days of war in 1992, he gave up music school with one grade left unfinished. In the first year of High School (1994) he founded with his childhood’s friends a band “Alternativa Nova”. The war was raging all over B&H and the band was only way to prevent a mind of going insane, and to stay in one part by going really underground in shelter to play music. | read more
