HI-FFEX Biography
Dj Hi-ffex (Sergio David) is a young Dj from Viana do Castelo, Portugal, who is about to assert himself on the national scene. He began his career in 2004 acting in some private and school parties, in the end of 2006 he decided to affirm himself and start a career as a professional.
With a style based on Electro / house / progressive passing sometimes a little to minimal, drum & bass and psychedelic, Hi-ffex in a short term can become a sounding name on the current dance tracks.
He had the pleasure of knowing the international Bob Sinclair, Bioground, Axwell, Sinh Die, Reginald, and the Portuguese Vd-Blaster, LG, Blackbounce, Ali G, Dennis, Rita Mendes, Dimmer, Nazka etc. He had the pride of having their remixes in the charts of worldwide renowned Djs, Mac Devila, Cedric Gervais, Angel Anx and Ofer Nissim. More recently he had the great pleasure of seeing some of his productions being used several times in Axwell, Cedric Gervais, Devilla and Sanchez set?s.
Currently with no fixed residence, this young man seeks new challenges, including a project which is being carried out, named Sound Break Down, where a pair of young talents makes a show that includes young people from other times and the young of the new ones! Curious? Just wait to know?
In one of the peaks of his career this young Dj took a tour across Welsh lands, acting in the land of nuestros hermanos, and here through Portuguese ground he already acted in several bars and discos in the Littoral north side of the country, including Buda, Diablo, Pingo caffe, Ministru’s, AEL, Bar do RIO, Box Club, Boteca, among others. and in some festivals, such as River Party, Terrabatida, Havaina party. | read more
