Language: EnglishFunkstar De Luxe is Denmark’s king of house music, especially known for his high-quality remixes and productions. He achieved his break through with his famous remix for Bob Marley’s reggae classic “Sun Is Shining” which sold more than one million copies worldwide, went gold in diverse countries and is priced with “The World’s Best Selling Reggae Single of 2000”. Funkstar de Luxe remixed more and more tracks taking the likes of James Brown, Grace Jones, Mary J. Blige and Tom Jones smash hit “She’s A Lady”. Besides he released two successful albums which resulted in numerous gold plates.
Funkstar de Luxe toured a lot across the UK and US and played several gigs on Ibiza. In 2008 he will continue producing and remixing to reach his goal: drawing people’s attention to Denmark’s house music.
