Biography
Language: EnglishAlejandro Rivera aka Elektroboy was born in Guatemala city in May 11 1989.He starts with his interest in electronic music since little, interested by the guitar at 12 years old he drop out guitar lessons and discovers electronic music. With influences like Everything but the girl and others, electronic music marks an essential part of his life especially with house music. At the age of 15 years, he decides to become a dj, and he starts to investigate more about electronic music. At the age of 17 years, he acquires his first dj gear, and begins to dj with house and tribal. Then he discovers and focuses in electro, and at the short age of 17 years, begins his dj career, playing in clubs like the box and also in private parties. His influences are, Robbie Rivera, Terranova, Austin Leeds, Tom Neville, Fuzzy Hair Oliver Klein, Martin H, Steve Angello, Benjamin Bates and others-.As a Dj Elektroboy feels that electro can make people find themselves in the dancefloor going from smooth electro house to hard dark electro, and he wants to create an electro culture, in central America as in the world, a scene like the psy trance scene where people can congregate to listen smooth and hard beats. With an electro sound, this is the year for him to get known in the national and international electronic scene.
