Hailing from Atlanta, GA, a veteran of the EDM scene, DiNovo has been rockin bass bins since the 90’s. Mesmerized by turtablism, DiNovo began delving into the hip hop culture and underground dance scene. By 1996, DiNovo discovered Ambient, Breaks, Deep House, Big Beat, & Jungle, which is now mostly known as Drum & Bass. Something about the roots of Jazz, Hip Hop, & R&B really made him lean towards the Atmospheric & Liquid Funk side of the production. He has opened up for artists like Big Bud, Calibre, Random Movement, Focus (Basic Ops), DJ Lord (from Public Enemy), Chris Braan (Wamdue/Ananda). In 2005, DiNovo started Resource Productions. Not sticking to one genre of music, Resource became a catalyst to be a multi-genre bending crew. The crew played everything from DnB, Dubstep, Deep House, Electro, Minimal, etc. Always keeping the silver lining of positive vibes. After many radio shows and productions later, DiNovo is still making people move. Dubstep is now the perferred nomenclature & he knows it very well. Again, sticking to the smoother, deeper, ‘dubby’ type style of it. Now a member of the legendary Atlanta Dubstep crew, DiNovo has recently opened up for John Brown’s Body, Passafire, & The Malah. Currently he is joining forces with Harmonic Productions for some next level future biz. Stay tuned!
