Daniel PM was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on the 28th of October 1984. Since a very young age his interests were always in electronic equipment and computers. When he was 9 years old his Christmas present was his very first stereo system. It was the first time he ever used a stereo with 18 inch woofers that made his entire house shake. Eventually he bought his first computer. He would dedicate his time mainly downloading music, which we all know that it would take hours! This is where he starts learning how to use music production programs and software. The first songs he produced were mainly drum and bass, which was his genre of choice at the time.

At 14 years of age he acquires his first mixer, which had only 2 channels. With a CD player in 1channel and a DVD player in another he would try to mix and match beats.

At 18 years of age a friend loans him 2 turntables (MK2’s). That is when this gets serious! He would spend all his money on vinyls! He spent all his time trying to perfect his mixes. He started buying more and more tribal house vinyls since his mentor was a tribal house DJ. He then acquires his first rack mount dual CD player plus a rack mount mixer with 4 channels. He started mixing CDs, which came very easily to him since he started mixing with vinyls.

He started visiting the local clubs where he only would go to hear the music and observe the DJs. That is when he realized that it was time to end his days as a bedroom DJ and start mixing live.

In 2004 he got his first gig in a club named COLORS. His first night (which he played for free) was to break the ice. That night to his surprise everyone present had such a great time dancing to his music, that the owner offered him a resident position on the spot!

While doing his residency he launched his first CD named ‘SHE’ which he sold locally. The CD was mainly tribal vocal house that was a live set of about 80 min in length. ‘SHE’ sold out instantly.

Shortly after the launch of ‘SHE’, Daniel PM was offered an opportunity to play in one of the most popular clubs in Puerto Rico, Club Backstage, where he played next to his mentor, DJ Tony Q. With that experience he learned about the different sound and lighting effects due to the club had the best sound and lighting systems in the island.

After a couple of months he becomes the resident DJ for a new club named ELEMENTS in Ponce, PR where he headlines the grand opening in September of 2005. He maintained his residency for almost 2 years even after the club changed its name to RED LEVEL. He also acquires residency at a club located in the heart of Ponce’s tourist epicenter or downtown area called KSY-KSY.

After playing live for about 2 and a half years he decides to study sound engineering in CCAT (Colegio de Cinematografia y Artes de la Television) located in Bayamon, PR in 2007. This is where he perfects and modifies his skills in live sound and studio recording. He also learns art graphics and motion picture editing. His knowledge in DAW (Digital Audio Workstations) is extensive.

He finalized his studies and decides to move to Florida where he is planning on optimizing his career as a Producer and DJ in the electronic music genre.
