Language: EnglishAudionova was founded in summer 2006 as cooperation between Dushan Momchilovic and Nemanja Ranchic. Till that moment these guys didnt know each other, but very fast they found out that they have the interest for the same musical styles. After that moment Audionova was born.
With his long DJ career, Dushan for sure isnt unknown in the world of electronic music in Serbia and other countries. He started his career as a DJ in 2001, and his interests for electronic music began in 1998. He connects his professional beginning with trance music, tech-trance exactly. Later on, he becomes one of the first DJs and promoters of progressive trance music in Serbia. Of course, thru all these years music evolution left a mark on his sets and his musical taste, so today he describes his progressive style mostly as a mixture of progressive house with elements of electro, techno and a little bit of trance. Playing in many events in Serbia and abroad (including EXIT festival in 2005), people could see and hear for themselves how is he experiencing progressive music, and as he says, Music without boundaries, hard to define, but when you hear it, you now thats the real thing that makes you move.
Nemanja Ranchic showed interest in music since very beginning. His love for music and all that music represents started when he was 7. Shortly after that, he went to primary musical school, and after he finished it, he continued with musical education in secondary school for music (guitar), that he finished in 2005. After that he started to learn music production in university, and still doing so very successfully. Thru the years of his education, beside various older musical styles he met electronic music, which motivates him to start experimenting in that field. In summer 2006 he met Dushan and they started to work as Audionova.
Audionova was founded as a wish to canalize musical universality that Dushan and Nemanja are caring in themselves. From the beginning it was clearly that the foundation of Audionovas sound in fore coming time will be capability to work with several musical styles. Till now they have released 4 EPs, and there are more to come, since they are in releasing process, so you can expect Audionovas tracks released soon for many different labels. In the mean time, they have succeeded to draw attention from many great producers, DJs and release pools. Because of that, Audionova tracks are now on various charts and are being supported by Flash Brothers, Thomas Penton, Yves Eaux, Le Ron, Ricky Ryan aka Can Costa, Nicholas Van Orton, Taucher, Eelke Kleijn, Harry Lemon, Snake Sedrick and others
The only thing these guys promise is that they will work as hard as possible to continuously develop their sound, and it is you that have to estimate are they really successful in that.
