ANDRE DALCAN
Biography
Language: EnglishInfluenced by 80’s productions in his teens, Andre Dalcan soon got involved in electronic music (new wave, electro, hip hop) and in 1986 he makes made his first steps in dj’ing.
In 1994 he set up a personal techno project: Ultracolor live and DJ.
Two years later, Andre and The Youngsters signed the two first releases from of G-Funk, including the hit ‘Keep’, featured on G-Funk01.
After meeting with Dj Paul Nazca, they founded the techno label Scandium records in June 2000.
Andre then composed and produced scandium01, rom which Oxia (Goodlife) later remixed one of the tracks.
Today, Scandium features amongst the 5 most important French labels.
